Billing Questions

NWMR accepts most insurance policies including Medicare, Medicaid, Premera, Asuris, and Kaiser Permanente (formerly Group Health).  If you have questions about whether we take your specific insurance plan, please call our front desk.

Copay and deductibles are to be paid at the time of service and we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

As of August 19, 2013 NWMR has put in place a policy concerning large patient balances.  Under this policy, NWMR needs to have balances paid off within 90 days of your scheduled visit or date of insurance payment, whichever is later.

If your balance is not paid, future appointments will be cancelled.
