Billing Questions

NWMR accepts most insurance companies. This includes Medicare and Medicaid. Copay and deductibles are to be paid at the time of service. We accept Visa, Master Care and Discover credit cards. Bills can also be paid online. The billing department can help walk you through this the first time.

Medicare and Medicare Advantage Programs
Medicaid (Washington, Idaho and Montana)
Labor & Industry, Workman’s Comp

We accept most commercial insurances such as Premera, Asuris, Group Health, and most other insurances. We currently do not accept Essence or Spokane Community Care. If you are unsure, call us to confirm that we take your insurance.

Prior authorizations are required for Group Health, Tri-Care, Labor & Industry, Workman’s Comp, and the VA.

Many insurances including Medicaid require prior authorizations for Botox, Dysport and Xeomin injections. These injections also have to be spaced at least 90 days apart for the insurance company to consider payment.
